Winks Snowa has wide ranging experience with the design of senior living projects. The firm has been involved in the architectural design of Continuing Care Retirement Communities, including Galloway Ridge at Fearrington Village in Pittsboro, North Carolina. The Galloway Ridge project is comprised of single family villa dwellings, Independent Living apartments with an adjoining commons containing numerous community amenities, a heath care center containing assisted living units and skilled nursing units, and the Duke Center for Living, a health and fitness center for residents.
Winks Snowa has designed a host of individual Independent Living apartment communities and Assisted Living facilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.
